Peninsula Energy (ASX:PEN) started acidification, the first step towards production, at Header House 14 within MU-4 at its Lance uranium project in Wyoming, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The process is expected to continue for around three months.
The company received the authorization to inject by the Uranium Recovery Program within the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, the filing said.
