GPT Group (ASX:GPT) settled the acquisition of a 50% stake in Grosvenor Place in Sydney for over AU$860 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also acquired a property in New South Wales for AU$47 million plus transaction costs, the filing said.
The acquisition is subject to the Foreign Investment Review Board's approval, the filing added.
