字母表公司（GOOG）于周一宣布，将以47.5 亿美元现金加承接债务的方式，收购数据中心及能源基础设施供应商Intersect Intersect 公司。眼下，科技巨头正纷纷加大投入，扩充发展人工智能所需的算力与电力容量。

　　根据协议，字母表公司将收购Intersect旗下多个处于开发或建设阶段的、总功率达千兆瓦级的能源及数据中心项目。

　　字母表公司表示，Intersect还将探索各类新兴技术，以扩大能源供应规模并实现供应多元化，同时为谷歌在美国的相关数据中心投资提供支持。

　　交易完成后，Intersect将继续以原有品牌运营，保持相对独立，不并入字母表公司及谷歌体系。其位于得克萨斯州的在运营资产，以及加利福尼亚州的在运营和开发中资产，均不纳入此次收购范围。
