CCS Supply Chain Management Faces Lawsuit Over Unpaid Debts Worth 500 Million Yuan

CCS Supply Chain Management (SHA:600180) and its subsidiaries face a lawsuit from Henan Rural Commercial Bank due unpaid debts amounting to 499.8 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The supply chain management company's shares fell less than 2% at the close of Monday's trade.
The debts were related to working capital loan contracts in 2024 and 2025.
The case was filed at the Zhengzhou Intermediate People's Court of Henan Province in China.
