12月24日，港股镍业股全线走高，截至发稿，中伟新材、力勤资源涨超10%，新疆新鑫矿业涨超8%。
消息面上，据印尼镍矿商协会表示，政府在2026年工作计划和预算(RKAB)中提出的镍矿产量目标约2.5亿吨，较2025年设定的3.79亿吨大幅下降。APNI的秘书长明确提到本次对于生产目标的削减主要意在阻止镍价的进一步下行，本次削减生产目标体现出对影响全球镍价的意图。
中金发布研报称，本次提出的镍矿产量为2.5亿吨的目标为政府层面目标，最终实施和分配情况仍然有不确定性。考虑到当前收紧镍矿配额对印尼经济冲击较小，且镍价抬升有利于增加税收，提升本土资源的价值，收紧镍矿配额政策最终落实的概率较大。该行认为，印尼意图强化对资源控制力，有利于稳定镍价长期中枢。
