智通财经APP讯，科轩动力控股(00476)发布公告，有关重庆仲裁委员会就有关出售重庆中铜新能源汽车技术有限公司全部股权的出售协议发出裁决书。本公司与其全资附属公司中国动力新能源科技有限公司(中国动力)各自于2025年12月24日接获由代表债权人行事的法律顾问发出日期为2025年12月24日的法定求偿书(各自简称“法定求偿书”，两者统称“该等法定求偿书”)，当中要求本公司(作为担保人)及中国动力(作为主要债务人)于法定求偿书送达日期后3个星期内清偿合共人民币3896.72万元，即偿还买方根据日期为2023年6月2日的出售协议支付的代价、罚金及赔偿，若未有还款，债权人可分别向本公司及中国动力提出清盘呈请。
