智通财经APP讯，中国智能科技(00464)发布公告，于2025年12月23日，买方创新科技有限公司 (CRT Technology Limited)(本公司直接全资附属公司)与卖方订立该协议，卖方同意出售而买方同意收购该物业，代价为人民币4500万元(约4950万港元)，可按调整机制调整。
公告称，该物业指位于中国深圳福田区竹子林紫竹七路中国经贸大厦的16A、16B、16C、 16D、16E、16F、16G、16H、16I、16J单位，建筑面积及实用面积分别为约1327 平方米及约959平方米，将作办公室用途。
该物业位于中国深圳市福田区黄金商业地段，具备长期投资潜力。该物业拟用作本集团Web3.0业务的办公室。董事会认为，收购及拥有该物业以经营Web3.0业务有利本集团长远发展，可借此减低未来可能依赖租赁物业的风险，从而提升营运效率，并免除相关长期租金开支及租金波动，同时巩固本集团的资产基础。
