智通财经APP讯，七元投资(01660)公布，2025年12月23日，该公司拟向Legend Arb Financial Group Limited(智睿金融有限公司)收购Legend Arb Advisors Limited(利臻投资顾问有限公司)已发行股本的100%。对价金额不得超过1000万港元。
目标公司主要从事资产管理及证券咨询业务，并获香港证监会发牌，可根据《证券及期货条例》从事第4类(证券咨询)、第5类(期货合约咨询)及第9类(资产管理)受监管业务。截至2025年6月30日，资产管理公司的净资产约为430万港元。
董事会认为此次收购资产管理公司为集团进入金融服务业、打造多元化金融平台提供了低成本切入点。此外，该资产管理公司目前在香港运营着一家开放式基金公司，管理资产规模约2700万港元(以下简称“基金”)，运营历史约4年。该基金还持有合格境外机构投资者(QFII)牌照，可直接投资中国内地市场。公司相信，这一牌照将助力公司为潜在客户提供更具特色的产品服务。
