智通财经APP讯，易和国际控股(08659)发布公告，于2025年12月24日，本公司与魏国春(订购人A)及阮世贤(订购人B)订立认购协议，本公司有条件同意根据一般授权向认购人发行而认购人有条件同意根据一般授权认购认购股份，合共为1.5亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.12港元。认购价每股认购股份0.12港元较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报的每股收市价0.146港元折让约17.81%。
扣除专业费用及所有相关开支后，认购事项所得款项总额及认购事项所得款项净额将分别约为1796万港元及1784万港元。本公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额用于偿付本公司其他应付账款并用于一般企业用途及营运资金，并预期将于2027年年底前悉数动用。
