据知情人士透露，英国石油公司（BP）接近把其嘉实多（Castrol）润滑油业务的多数股权出售给投资公司Stonepeak，这笔交易对该部门的估值（包括债务）为100亿美元。知情人士称，根据该交易，英国石油公司将通过向Stonepeak出售65%的股份获得约60亿美元的收益。

　　该交易预计最快将于周三宣布，但交易也有可能被推迟或告吹。出售嘉实多股份将是英国石油公司为扭转颓势而采取的最大举措之一，此前该公司不合时宜地转向可再生能源，此举不受投资者欢迎。
