智通财经APP讯，万里印刷(08385)公布，于2025年12月22日(交易时段后)，公司间接全资附属公司Jade View Limited(Jade View)与IPRO LINK FINANCIAL PRESS LIMITED(iPro Link)订立战略合作协议。根据战略协议，订约方将建立初步为期三年的战略合作伙伴关系，以发挥订约方双方互补优势，整合集团在印刷行业及设计服务领域的专业能力与iPro Link庞大的客户群，从而扩大双方于各自行业的市场影响力，并把握快速发展的印刷行业中涌现的新机遇。作为合作的一部分， iPro Link将委托Jade View处理其现有及未来所有印刷及设计项目，而Jade View则承诺为 iPro Link及时提供服务并提供具竞争力的价格。
董事会相信，战略协议有助集团巩固其于本地印刷市场的地位，并为股东创造长远价值。
