北京时间12月11日凌晨，美联储宣布将联邦基金利率目标区间下调 25 个基点至 3.50%~3.75%，符合市场预期。这是美联储年内第三次降息，累计降息75个基点，也是自2024年9月启动本轮降息周期以来的第六次降息。

　　本次降息仍属于预防性降息，主要受美国就业数据降温以及通胀仍高于目标等因素影响。然而，美联储内部对本次降息仍然存在分歧，12票表决中3名委员投反对票，其中两位主张维持利率不变，另一位由特朗普提名的理事米兰则要求降息50个基点。一方面，美联储对经济增长乐观，12月全面上调了2025~2027年GDP增速预测，对进一步降息偏谨慎。另一方面，鲍威尔在发言中提及就业数据存在系统性高估，对就业市场前景较为悲观，表态偏鸽派。此外，新任美联储主席也将对美国利率政策路径带来显著影响，白宫国家经济委员会主任凯文·哈塞特被视为最可能的继任者，其曾表示还有很大的降息空间。未来美联储降息路径仍然存在不确定性。
