Sinofert (HKG:0297) said its Sinochem Macao subsidiary renewed a local supplier relations and logistics services agreement with associated firm Sinochem UK, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
The agreement was renewed from Jan. 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2028, the firm said.
Sinochem UK is a subsidiary of Sinochem Holdings, the ultimate controlling shareholder of Sinofert.
