Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) said a consortium consisting of Genesis Capital Investment Management and WHSP Holdings (ASX:SOL) withdrew its non-binding indicative offer to acquire the company's shares for AU$0.80 apiece via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
