Shares of WiseTech Global Fall After Macquarie Group Becomes Substantial Holder

Shares of WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) fell 1% in recent Wednesday trade after it said in a late Tuesday filing that Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) became a substantial holder of the company on Dec. 19.
The Macquarie Group now owns 21.9 million securities in the company, representing a 6.53% total voting power, the filing said.
