Silver Mines to Refresh Ecological Surveys at New South Wales Project

Silver Mines (ASX:SVL) said it will refresh its ecological surveys and provide an updated biodiversity assessment at the Bowdens Silver project in New South Wales (NSW), for the re-determination of the company's Development Application (DA) for the project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expects to complete the surveys in early fiscal 2026 and submit the updated biodiversity assessment by mid-2026 to the NSW Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DHPI), the filing said.
The DHPI will then provide an updated assessment report to the Independent Planning Commission of NSW for consideration and subsequent DA re-determination, the filing added.
