ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克已向比特币财库上市公司 ZOOZ Strategy 发布通知函，警告该公司未达到维持每股 1.00 美元最低竞价的要求，如果其普通股收盘价未能在 2026 年 6 月 15 日前重新符合连续至少 10 个交易日达到或超过 1.00 美元的要求，可能面临退市。
据悉，ZOOZ 已将比特币作为战略资产持有，目前持仓量为 1036 枚。
