消息面上，12月18日，康师傅发布公告称，首席执行官陈应让已决定退休，不再与公司续期服务合约，新首席执行官为魏宏丞，自2026年1月1日起生效。据悉，新任CEO魏宏丞是董事会主席魏宏名的胞弟、创始人魏应州之子，他的接任标志着康师傅结束了11年的职业经理人时代，魏氏家族将全面掌控康师傅。
高盛上月初发布研报称，康师傅目前仍面临2025财年销售目标的挑战，主要受饮料业务疲弱拖累；但盈利目标仍有望达成，主要得益于定价基数效应、成本顺风、效率提升措施以及严格的促销管理。展望2026年，康师傅管理层重申将以改善利润率为核心重点，同时有望恢复收入增长轨迹，并持续推动效率提升措施。公司通常会为各类别原材料锁定半个月至数个月的采购。
