日本贸易大臣赤泽亮正表示，日本经济产业省要求在2026财年发行1.78万亿日元（114亿美元）的特别债券，以帮助日本贸易保险机构（NEXI）支持日本对美国的投资，作为两国贸易协定的一部分。

　　赤泽告诉记者，将发行至多3万亿日元的特别债券来支持NEXI；

　　还申请了122亿日元来支持较小型企业的研发；

　　赤泽表示，这两项请求均已获得财务大臣批准，

　　注：日本政府正在编制2026财年初步预算的最后阶段。
