Next Science (ASX:NXS) submitted a formal application requesting the Australian Securities Exchange to remove it from the official list, subject to shareholder approval and the completion of payment of a capital return, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The company also secured a waiver from the bourse to conduct a capital return, subject to shareholder approval, which may reduce its share price to below AU$0.20 apiece, per a separate filing.

The firm will hold an extraordinary general meeting, currently scheduled for Jan. 28, 2026, to consider the proposal to delist from the ASX. If approved, the anticipated date for its removal of the official list will be Feb. 13, 2026, subject to ASX approval.
