南财智讯12月24日电，康龙化成公告，公司持股5%以上股东深圳市信中康成投资合伙企业（有限合伙）及其一致行动人深圳市信中龙成投资合伙企业（有限合伙）本次减持计划已实施完毕。其中，信中康成通过大宗交易方式减持889.0977万股，占公司总股本的0.50%；信中龙成通过集中竞价交易方式减持1778.19万股，占公司总股本的1.00%。本次减持后，信中康成持有公司股份21459.73万股，占总股本的12.07%；信中龙成持有1071.66万股，占总股本的0.60%。本次减持与此前披露的减持计划一致，未导致公司控制权变更，对公司治理结构及持续经营无不利影响。
