智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)公布，于2025年12月22日，该公司全资附属京能国际(高邮)新能源有限公司拟向高邮永泰企业运营管理有限公司收购扬州泰润新能源电力发展有限公司70%股权，代价约为人民币3.71亿元(含税)。
董事会认为，收购事项符合集团的发展策略，并提供契机，可借此进一步扩展其清洁能源组合，优化资产结构，符合长期聚焦清洁及可再生能源领域的策略，亦契合向绿色低碳能源体系转型的宏观趋势及中国十四五规划目标。此外，收购事项预期将提升集团的运营规模及资产基础，通过整合管理及有效资源分配产生潜在运营协同效益，并加强集团于清洁能源市场的整体竞争力，从而支持其可持续发展。
于收购事项完成后，目标项目的装机容量达约460兆瓦，与集团现有位于江苏省高邮市的光伏发电项目在地理位置上相近，从而为项目管理、营运效益及整体发电容量产生潜在协同效益，预期将提升集团的盈利能力。
