王艳女士(王女士)已辞任联席公司秘书，并将自2025年12月28日起不再担任联席公司秘书;及
具备上市规则第3.28及8.17条项下规定的必要资格及经验的郑励女士(郑女士)已获委任为本公司唯一公司秘书、上市规则项下的授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年12月28日起生效。
