智通财经APP讯，华显光电(00334)发布公告，本公司已于2025年12月22日与TCL科技订立人力资源共享服务(2025年至2027年)主协议，TCL科技集团成员公司或本集团成员公司可向本集团成员公司或TCL科技集团成员公司共享其富余雇员(视情况而定)。
本集团及TCL科技集团对人力资源的需求会随着市场状况而不时波动。为优化本集团及TCL科技集团的营运效率及富余人力资源的运用，以及鉴于本集团业务扩张所产生的估计未来人力资源需求，本集团认为，根据人力资源共享服务(2025年至2027年)主协议共享雇员，相较于增聘常额人员，更具成本效益及灵活性。这有助于本集团成员公司获得稳定且灵活的人力资源供应，以满足营运需求，可为本集团节省招聘所需的时间及资源。反的，当本集团出现富余人力时，本集团可选择将该等人员暂时借调至TCL科技集团成员公司，从而提升本集团人力资源的灵活性与运用效率。
此外，鉴于本集团与TCL科技集团的紧密关系，TCL科技集团成员公司熟悉本集团的需求，并能在有人选时及时与本集团共享合适雇员。因此，董事认为，订立人力资源共享服务(2025年至2027年)主协议对本公司而言属有利。
