智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)公布，公司于近日收到淘宝控股及新零售基金出具的《股份减持情况告知函》，于 2025 年 12 月 17 日至 12 月 22 日，淘宝控股及新零售基金通过集中竞价合计减持公司约2209.65万股 H 股股份，占公司当前总股本的 0.51%。其中，新零售基金通过集中竞价减持公司 6,180,081 股 H 股股份，占公司当前总股本的 0.14%;淘宝控股通过集中竞价减持公司 15,916,400 股 H 股股份，占公司当前总股本的 0.37%。本次权益变动后，公司持股 5%以上股东杭州灏月及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份数量由 277,434,306 股减少至 255,337,825 股，持股比例由 6.37%减少至 5.86%。
