PC Partner Group Ltd. has filed an updated list of its board of directors and their roles to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The board includes Mr. Wong Shik Ho Tony, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who also chairs the Executive Committee. Other executive directors are Mr. Wong Fong Pak (Executive Vice President), Mr. Leung Wah Kan (Chief Operation Officer), Mr. Ho Nai Nap, and Mr. Man Wai Hung, all of whom are members of the Executive Committee. The independent non-executive directors are Ms. Chan Yim, who chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Chua Ser Miang, chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr. Jason Goh Hseng Wei, member of the Remuneration Committee; Mr. Kong Chee Keong and Ms. Alicia Kwan Xiuying, both members of the Audit Committee; Professor Low Teck Seng, lead independent non-executive director and chairman of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Teo Chun-Wei, Benedict, who is a member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
