南财智讯12月22日电，远航港口（08502.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司就房产腾空、拆除与搬迁事项提供进一步详情，相关资产的评估价值及设备搬迁与拆除成本依据估值报告确定。该等房产采用重置成本法进行估值，重置全价按建造及安装成本确定，单位成本介于人民币800元/平方米至人民币3,000元/平方米之间，综合成新率介于50%至85%之间。设备搬迁及拆除成本主要参考当地市场人工成本。董事会认为，估值所采用的方法、数据及假设公平合理，补偿协议的条款属一般商业条款，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
