BlockBeats 消息，12 月 22 日，Metaplanet 周一批准了对其资本结构的全面改革，允许这家日本最大的比特币加密财库（DAT）公司通过面向机构投资者发行派息优先股筹集资金。获批提案包括重新分类资本储备、将 A 类和 B 类优先股授权数量翻倍，以及修改分红结构引入浮动和定期派息。A 类优先股将采用月度浮动分红机制，B 类优先股将提供季度分红并面向国际机构投资者开放。
Metaplanet 目前持有约 30,823 枚比特币，价值 27.5 亿美元，为亚洲最大比特币加密财库（DAT）公司。Metaplanet 还将通过美国存托凭证在美国场外市场交易，进一步扩大其全球市场布局。
