An Aztech Global (SGX:8AZ) subsidiary completed the disposal of factory buildings and land in China to an individual named Zhu, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Under the deal, first announced in August, Aztech Communication Device agreed to sell the property for 41 million yuan in cash.
The two parties also signed a supplemental agreement, under which part of the property will be leased back to Aztech Communication Device for 10 years for 20 million yuan.
