智通财经APP讯，亿华通(02402)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件均已达成，而完成已于2025年12月23日根据配售协议的条款及条件落实。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件，成功按配售价每股配售股份22.68港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共888万股配售股份，相当于公司于紧接完成前全部已发行股本约3.83%，以及公司于本公告日期紧随完成后全部已发行股本约3.69%。
经扣除相关费用及开支后，配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别约为2.01亿港元及1.98亿港元，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约为22.27港元。公司预期约1.78亿港元将用于偿还银行贷款;及约1900万港元将用于一般营运资金。
