智通财经APP讯，创业集团控股(02221)公布，于2025年12月23日(联交所交易时段后)，公司与认购人(北京享亿资产管理有限公司、巴彦淖尔市旭创能源有限公司、海南朗盛金属资源有限公司及珠海横琴九嘉项目管理企业(有限合伙))订立认购协议，拟向认购人发行合共3424万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份1.0港元，较于认购协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.94港元溢价约6.38%。
认购净筹约3411万港元，2450万港元用作偿还逾期债券以及自本公告日期起三个月内将到期应付租赁、租赁及其他应付款项;及约1360万港元用作集团一般营运资金。
