智通财经APP讯，中国罕王(03788)发布公告，于2025年12月23日(交易时段后)，本公司间接全资附属公司罕王人参铁(作为租户)与盛泰物业(作为业主)就租赁物业订立租赁协议，自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)为期三年。
租赁物业位于中国辽宁省沈阳市沈河区青年大街227号罕王大厦的10 楼、20楼、21楼、22楼、23楼及3层裙房。
租赁协议条款(包括其项下的应付租金及物业管理费)乃由订约方经公平磋商后，参考(其中包括)(i)本集团须支付予业主的历史租金;(ii)租赁物业毗邻区域的可资比较物业的现行市场租金;及(iii)独立第三方服务供应商就与租赁物业可资比较的物业收取的现行物业管理费率而厘定。董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为租赁协议按一般商业条款订立，其条款属公平合理并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益，且租赁协议乃于本集团的一般及日常业务过程中订立。
