智通财经APP讯，紫元元(08223)发布公告，于2025年12月23日，本公司与深圳前海鹏峰实业科技有限公司(鹏峰科技)订立战略合作框架协议(框架协议)，双方同意建立长期战略合作关系，共同探索中药材产业数字化转型及资产价值提升等领域的合作机遇。
根据框架协议，双方拟在以下主要方向开展合作：1. 推动中药材产业的数字化升级与平台运营;2. 开展实物资产数字化相关技术与业务合作;3. 共同拓展中药材及相关产品的国内外市场;及4.探讨包括股权投资在内的多层次资本合作。
董事会认为，本次战略合作可在不改变本集团现有主营业务的前提下，延伸及应用本集团于实物资产管理及供应链服务方面的能力，探索于中药材等相关实物资产领域的数字化管理及平台化运营模式，从而提升资产管理效率及供应链透明度。
此外，通过与合作方于技术、平台及市场资源方面的协同，本集团可进一步拓展相关产业链的业务场景，提升本集团于医疗健康及相关产业供应链服务领域的综合竞争力，为股东创造长期价值。
