Jinmao Property Services (HKG:0816) said it renewed a human resource services agreement with its connected firm Sinochem Fangsheng, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the property manager fell over 2% in late morning trade Tuesday.
The agreement was renewed for two years until Dec. 31, 2027, the firm said.
