零售巨头塔吉特公司的线上业务已恢复稳定。此前在至关重要的假日购物季期间，一场技术故障导致该零售商的数字化自提、退货及其他多项功能陷入瘫痪。

　　“截至今日早间，我们的订单自提、线上下单到店取货、退货 / 订单历史查询以及补货等业务板块均已恢复稳定。” 塔吉特门店业务首席官艾德丽安・科斯坦佐于周六在一份备忘录中表示。

　　这场故障于上周五持续数小时，不少消费者在社交媒体反馈，他们既无法提交线上订单，也无法查看自己的购物记录。科斯坦佐在备忘录中指出，故障根源为 “第三方系统错误”，但并未披露具体细节。
