金吾财讯 | 建材水泥股逆市走高，截至发稿，东吴水泥(00695)涨4.67%，中国建材(03323)涨4.06%，海螺水泥(00914)涨1.68%，华润建材科技(01313)涨1.27%。天风证券研报表示，水泥方面，北方大部分省份已经开始执行采暖季错峰生产，85%以上的熟料线处于停窑状态，上周各省陆续公布12月停窑计划，其中长三角地区停窑13—15天；湖南在环保压力下，计划在12月停窑一个月，整体错峰力度有所加强，短期来看，水泥底部盈利支撑较强，2025年头部企业开始针对超产产能补齐指标，截至11月合计置换补增产能5250万吨，退出产能8359万吨，2025年政策端主要是为超产水泥企业留有补指标的窗口期，天风证券认为实际超产治理的效果有望在2026年开始显现。
