<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/BABA">阿里巴巴</a>与<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/00700">腾讯</a>投资的中国AI大模型初创公司MiniMax通过<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/00388">港交所</a>上市聆讯路透上海12月21日 - 香港联交所网站显示，阿里巴巴9988.HKBABA.N与腾讯0700.HK投资的中国AI（人工智能）大模型初创公司MiniMax Group通过聆讯。
港交所网站刊登的聆讯后资料集显示，该公司的主要产品有：大语言模型MiniMax M2（10月发布）及MiniMax M1（6月发布）、视频生成模型Hailuo-02（6月发布）、多语言语音生成模型Speech-02（4月发布）。
MiniMax前三季收入5,343.7万美元，同比增174.7%；净亏损5.1亿美元，较上年同期的净亏损3亿美元扩大。
前三季，该公司约七成的收入来自个人用户使用AI应用的订阅费用，约三成的收入来自企业服务。
MiniMax于2021年成立，创始人、董事会主席、首席执行官兼首席技术官闫俊杰曾担任商汤集团0020.HK副总裁。
该公司采取同股不同权架构，1股B类普通股等于10票投票权，1股A类普通股与1股优先股均等于1票投票权。闫俊杰持有74,102,534股B类普通股，占比26.46%，但相当于约70%投票权。他还额外持有3,355,030股A类普通股。
阿里巴巴与腾讯均持有优先股，截至12月15日，持股比例分别为13.66%、2.58%，分别相当于3.64%、0.69%的投票权。（完）
