ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市的电商和供应链平台 iPower 宣布已达成 3000 万美元可转换票据融资协议启动数字资产财库（DAT）战略，该公司披露本次融资首期将投入 900 万美元，其中拟将 440 万美元用于购买比特币和以太坊，其他资金将增加营运资金以充实资产负债表，后续资金中的 80% 将用于持续收购数字资产。
据悉，iPower 已于今年六月宣布战略转向加密财务和区块链基础设施服务。
