配售价较股份于2025年12月24日于联交所所报收市价每股0.187港元折让约2.14%。配售股份的最高数目为4150.92万股，占本公司于本公告日期的全部已发行股本2.075亿股股份约20%，以及本公司经配售事项扩大的全部已发行股本约16.67%。配售事项的所得款项净额约为736万港元(假设配售股份获悉数配售及扣除一切有关开支后)，将用作日后可能不时物色的投资机遇。
