智通财经APP获悉，华芢生物-B(02396)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价38.2港元，共发行1764.88万股股份，每手200股，所得款项净额约6亿港元。截至发稿，跌11.52%，报33.8港元，成交额1.03亿港元。
公开资料显示，华芢生物成立于2012年，是一家总部位于中国的生物制药公司，致力于开发疗法，重点是针对有医疗需求及市场机会的适应症开发蛋白质药物。公司的主攻方向是发现、开发和商业化伤口愈合的疗法，目前为PDGF药物。截至最后实际可行日期，公司的管线包含十款候选产品，其中七款为PDGF候选药物，包括两款核心产品，即用于治疗烧烫伤的Pro-101-1及用于治疗糖足的Pro-101-2，是rhPDGF-BB药物。
根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，截至最后实际可行日期，中国有三条PDGF药物管线。截至同日，在中国尚无获批的PDGF药物。所有PDGF管线均基于PDGF-BB的异构体。其中两条PDGF-BB管线属于华芢生物，已分别于2022年2月进入治疗糖足的II期临床试验及于2025年4月完成治疗深二度及浅二度烧烫伤的IIb期临床试验的最后一例患者入组。
