** Stock set for strongest trading session since December 17
** Managed tech solutions provider says it will assess alternative options "for unlocking shareholder value from the Adisyn Services business"
** Co says options being considered may include a transaction or change of control event with partners for the Adisyn Services business, or a sale of the same
** Stock down 26.7% YTD, including the day's moves
