中国铸晨81（00810）发布公告，本公司建议按于记录日期每持有2股股份获发5股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.102港元发行最多5.09亿股供股股份筹集最高约 5193万港元所得款项总额（假设根据供股悉数认购及于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目维持不变）。供股仅供合资格股东参与，且不会提呈予除外股东（如有）。
预计供股所得款项净额（经扣除所有相关开支后）约为4924万港元（假设根据供股悉数认购及于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目维持不变）。每股供股股份的净价（经扣除供股相关开支后）将约为0.0967港元（假设根据供股悉数认购及股份数目维持不变）。
假设根据供股悉数认购及于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目维持不变，本公司拟将供股所得款项净额按以下方式运用约70%（或约3447万港元）投资于上市证券及非上市证券，包括但不限于人工智能、数字资产及╱或新能源板块者；及约30%（或约1477万港元）用于本集团的一般营运资金，包括支付员工成本、专业费用、行政开支及其他经营开支。
