智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)公布，今日中国江苏省南京市公安局江宁分局作为受理中国高速传动全资子公司南京高精传动设备制造集团有限公司(报案人)就其相关应收预付款项合计66.4亿人民币涉嫌被挪用等事宜报案并进行了侦查的中国刑事侦查机关，接待了公司的两名董事及北京市金杜律师事务所上海分所的律师，并作出了如下澄清：1. 经公安机关调查后确认公司与报案人举报的涉及66.4亿人民币的资金挪用没有关联;2. 公司的所有董事和高管与报案人举报的资金挪用也没有关联;以及3. 公安机关已经在上周将案件调查结果书面答复报案人。
