智通财经APP讯，圣诺医药-B(02257)发布公告，公司全资附属公司Sirnaomics, Inc.已完成试验药物STP707的I期试验，并已向美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)正式提交临床研究报告。
该研究纳入患有晚期、转移性或无法手术的实体瘤的成年人，该等实体瘤已经扩散或无法通过手术切除，且其癌症对标准治疗已停止反应。STP707在该等患者中展示出确切的临床活性，部分患者疾病实现稳定，在治疗选择有限且经过多线既往治疗的群体中延缓了疾病进展。该等患者透过静脉给药方式接受了不同剂量的STP707。此早期阶段的结论为，STP707可以多种剂量给药，副作用大多可控。
公司相信，完成I期试验并向FDA提交临床研究报告乃STP707的一个关键里程碑。随着临床研究报告的提交，Sirnaomics, Inc.准备在STP707 I期试验提交完成的基础上，与FDA启动讨论，以确定II期开发策略。
