智通财经APP获悉，稳定币概念股上扬，截至发稿，国泰君安国际(01788)涨4.82%，报2.61港元；云锋金融(00376)涨4.5%，报3.48港元；众安在线(06060)涨4.42%，报16.07港元；耀才证券金融(01428)涨3.35%，报8.33港元。
消息面上，香港财库局局长许正宇12月19日出席活动时表示，截至今年9月底，已收到36份来自各行各业的稳定币牌照申请，预计明年初发放部分牌照，并优先考虑稳健的储备管理、价格稳定和反洗钱措施。他认为，有关措施不单保护投资者，也透过建立清晰的合规路径，减少可能导致交易冲突的模糊之处，有助于解决潜在纠纷。
至于虚拟资产交易服务及托管服务提供者发牌制度进展方面，许正宇称，正与香港证监会制定发牌制度的详细内容，计划明年提交立法会审议，监管框架会覆盖虚拟资产产业的关键环节，力求在风险管理与创新之间取得平衡。
