智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)发布公告，公司的全资附属公司谊砾石墨有限公司和青岛天泰文旅产业集团有限公司于2025年12月23日签订为期三年的合作管理合约。合约主要内容为：
1.从2026年1月1日起，子公司将与青岛公司合作拓展青岛公司属下的高尔夫球场和天然温泉酒店等业务。子公司将引进人工智能技术及以大健康概念融入青岛公司业务中。
2.订约双方同意青岛公司将向子公司支付100万元人民币合作管理费，签约后30天内支付10%，另外90%于2026年12月31日前支付。双方并同意若青岛公司于2026年盈利达5000万元人民币，子公司将额外分享青岛公司盈利中的10%，此款将于2027年1月31日前由青岛公司向子公司支付。(截至2025年11月30日止11个月，青岛公司营业额为6500万元人民币，盈利录得2500万元人民币)。
