路透12月24日 - 黄金和铜矿商 SolGold SOLG.L 周三表示，已同意被其最大股东江西铜业 600362.SS 收购，交易估值为 8.67 亿英镑（约合11.7 亿美元）。
这笔每股0.28英镑的收购报价较专注于厄瓜多尔的 SolGold 在11月19日（即江西铜业首次提出收购前一日）的收盘价溢价近 43%。
周三，SolGold股价小幅收高，报0.2565英镑。因假期本周交易时间缩短。
该协议将使江西铜业掌控 SolGold 位于厄瓜多尔 因巴布拉省的 Cascabel 项目。随着电动车和人工智能基础设施投资推动铜需求上升，矿业公司正加紧争夺铜资源。
SolGold的其他主要投资者包括全球矿业公司必和必拓BHP.AX 和纽蒙特矿业NEM.N 。（完）
