智通财经APP讯，嘉兴燃气(09908)发布公告，于2025年12月23日，董事会获悉一致行动人士订立协议以终止一致行动人士协议，自协议日期起生效，据此，一致行动人士协议将不再具任何效力，且一致行动人士协议项下一致行动人士所有相应权利义务均告终止及解除。因此，自终止协议日期起，泰鼎不再有权行使诸暨宇嘉、徐先生及徐华女士于本公司股东大会拟提决议案的表决权，且泰鼎、诸暨宇嘉、徐先生及徐华女士不再属收购守则所界定的一致行动人士，且根据《证券及期货条例》，彼等各自不应再被视为拥有其他人士实益拥有股份的权益。
