(a) 发布上市规则所规定的所有未发布财务业绩，并处理任何审核修改;(b) 证明在管理层及╱或任何对本公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格方面并无可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心的合理监管疑虑; (c) 进行独立内部监控审查，并证明本公司设有足够的内部监控及程序，以符合上市规则; (d) 证明本公司符合上市规则第13.24条; (e) 告知市场所有重要资讯，以便本公司股东及投资者评估本公司的状况; (f) 重新符合上市规则第3.10(1)及3.21条;及 (g) 就有关指称合作协议、Opco收购事项、配售事项、二零二四年法律诉讼及二零二五年法律诉讼的安排以及与该等事项有关的任何其他附属安排(包括但不限于指称秀商时代香港贷款、指称Charm Winner合作协议及指称开发商合作协议)进行适当的独立法证调查，评估对本公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果及采取适当补救行动。
