新华社北京12月25日电（记者赵文君）市场监管总局（国家认监委）近日发布实施认证认可行业标准《强制性产品认证电商平台联网核查技术应用规范》。这是我国首部规范电商平台实施网售产品资质核验工作的行业标准。

这是记者25日从市场监管总局获悉的。这一标准旨在指导和规范电商平台对家电、玩具、消费电子、电气开关等网售产品的强制性产品认证（CCC认证）证书等资质信息开展联网核查。

据介绍，市场监管总局（国家认监委）近年来与京东、淘天、抖音、快手等主要电商平台建立CCC认证证书联网核查监管机制，通过数字化技术手段，向电商平台免费提供联网核查数据接口，“7×24小时”实时核查网售产品是否获得CCC认证证书以及证书状态是否有效，对于无证销售或证书失效的，由电商平台进行拦截下架。今年1至11月，对网售CCC认证产品实施联网核查3.1亿次，同比增长30%，拦截下架无证商品信息1525万次。

下一步，市场监管总局（国家认监委）将以该标准的推广实施为抓手，加强CCC认证产品线上线下一体化监管，推进建立“平台可及、数据可靠、消费者可见、产品可溯”的CCC认证联网核查工作机制，保障消费者合法权益。（完）
